Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer easy exchange and returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
How to Request

- Damaged or wrong item: We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement — or a full refund, your choice.
- Size or colour exchange: Available within 7 days; return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
- Refunds: Processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 7 working days after we receive the item. Please note: delivery charges (Rs. 350) are non-refundable.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
